GAME SCHEDULE AND RESCHEDULE POLICY :  Gameday assigns game days for each division and gives you the opportunity to notify us (in writing on the registration form) which 2 dates your team cannot make a game.  However, we need to reiterate that there are NO GUARANTEES.  We will do our best to accommodate schedule requests but when other factors such as holidays and “other” team requests need to be considered, it’s impossible to accommodate every team.

1. There are no guarantees of reschedules, there are possible forfeits for your team and there are no league fee refunds once a league begins.  If we cannot accommodate the requested two dates, there are no refunds.
   2.  During the months of November through May, time slots in Campbell and Abner’s fields are slim-to-none.  
   3.  If a team is unable to play a scheduled game, the team requesting to reschedule a match must request the reschedule in writing 10 days prior to subject game and submit a fee of $50.00 ($25 administrative/referee fee, $25 credit for opposing team), before the office will proceed. Failure to do so will result in the game being forfeited.
   4.  The opposing team may choose to accept a forfeit win (take the original game time and field to use as a scrimmage with a referee).  If the opposing  team agrees to a make-up, the opposing team  will be offered two reschedule game dates and times from the facility management office to choose from.  The team requesting to reschedule must play the day and time the opposing team chooses.  Please keep in mind that a reschedule date/game can be any day, any time, or any field!  THERE WILL BE NO RESCHEDULES OF AN ALREADY RESCHEDULED GAME.
