Okay, I have some questions!

A red player passes the ball back across the red line to a defensive teammate who then passes it back to the goalie. Can the goalie pick up the ball?  - No he can not.  It would be handball and you would award the 5 second shootout to the offensive team.

If the goalie picks up the ball that is passed back directly from past the red line, what is the result? A free kick from the red line?  - See above

Can a goal be scored directly from the kick off?  - No

Which leads me to another question! Are all kicks direct or indirect?  -  All kicks are direct except the kickoff.

If the defense fouls in their own area but not in the "penalty area", where is the free kick taken?  -  At the spot of the foul.

How far back does the opposing team need to be on free kicks? - 10 feet.

If the ball is kicked above the yellow line above the goal, what is the restart?  -  It is the equivalent of a goal kick and you hand/toss the ball to the keeper for the restart.

When the ball hits the net, is the restart at the line that is closest?  -  Yes if it is the ceiling.  If it is side netting, either goal kick restart or on the sideline where it first hit the net.

The goalie bounces the ball. Is the free kick taken from the red line?  -  5 second shootout.  This applies to any infraction in the box.
